Multiple Experiences

Right now only a small amount of our EPs is using the opportunity to do multiple experiences through AIESEC. According to our NPS results still a lot of EPs are interested in a second GV or GE. With the new pricing we simply want to make it easier for EPs to do so as the effort for us decreases highly for a second GV.

Additionally this gives us the possibility to offer (first only online) kind of a bundle to our EPs. We call this a product package. EPs can therefor for example do 3 Exchanges in Latin America in a row and pay only 590 €. Your LC still gets 3 approves.

This pricing  is effective for all EPs matched to a second or following GV after the 1st of September 2018 regardless of the product and match date of the first experience.

Vergünstigungen und Preisnachlässe im Rahmen eines Zweckbetriebs sind grundsätzlich zulässig, selbst wenn dabei die Selbstkosten der Leistung unterschritten werden. Die Vergünstigung darf in der Preispolitik der Organisation aber nicht zu einem offenkundigen Missverhältnis zu den sonst üblichen Vergütungen führen.

Im Bereich Rabatte und Aktionen sind umfangreiche wettbewerbsrechtliche Einschränkungen und Umstände zu berücksichtigen. Marketing-Ressourcen zur Bewerbung von Preisnachlässen sollten zunächst noch von den RLPs vor Veröffentlichung geprüft werden. LC-eigene Marketingmaterialien zur Bewerbung von Rabatten sollten nach Möglichkeit vermieden werden.

For the most LCs multiple experience make a very, very (very!) low percentage out of their incomes.

Also of course through this we want to increase this amount of experiences, which in return creates also more income. Based on the last year

Basically what we do the price for the 2nd GV/GE from 230€ to 100€.The pricing applies to oGE and oGV.
The price for the 2nd or following GT stays at 330€.

It doesn't matter which product was the first one, the EP was realized to.

As part of the Special Pricing project we will provide concrete educational material for EP managers on how to sell and how behave and communicate towards the EP.

It will include:

✔︎ Do's and dont's
✔︎ Selling prepositions

Through this we want to ensure that we don't communicate in a wrong way to our EPs.

Right now we don't sell this possibility actively. The new pricing can help shaping a mindset in the EP managers to actively promote this leadership opportunity and make their experience(s) even better.

Yes, this as an universal approach. In general we are not allowed to base our pricing on areas or regions as this would be a clear discrimination.
